Elizabeth Belair

Elizabeth Belair currently serves as the Chief of Staff at the Inter-American Dialogue. Belair joined the Dialogue in 2017 as the Events & Office Manager and later became the Business Operations Manager in 2019. Belair has a background in small business and nonprofit operations, strategy, and marketing. Prior to joining the Dialogue, Belair worked at the Camden Conference and Vital Voices Global Partnership, where she focused on global migration and women’s empowerment. Previously, she served as the Program Coordinator for Project Gettysburg-León, cultivating the relationship between León, Nicaragua and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Belair has led trips focusing on various human rights issues to Cuba, Trinidad & Tobago, and Nicaragua. She has also lived in both Argentina and Spain. Belair graduated cum laude from Gettysburg College with a BA in Globalization Studies focusing on Human Rights and Latin America.
